How long does it take to restock the Valve Index ?

If it restocks does it take 8 weeks for new batches to ship ?

I got on the waitlist for the valve index VR kit on december 7 and it said it would take 4 or more weeks to ship. About a week into the wait, the estimated time shifted from 4 or more weeks to 2 weeks suddenly. The order was ready for payment by december 23 and it shipped in less than a week after that. It's kind of unpredictable, but I got my index in a very short and convenient time considering it was the holidays and also covid.

Edit: I don't know about your shipping location, but I live in Canada and they shipped it to me via FedEx. It arrived 2 days after shipping - which again I think is great considering new years, christmas, and covid.
