Valve retour adres the netherlands not valid

Trying to retour my knuckle controllers. but the adres (In the netherlands) they gave me is not valid. So I can not send my pakkage. Does anyone know what to do now ? The adres they gave me was:

They gave me a document to print because the postage is free. I should print a label to stick on the package, and go to that specific carrier, in my case it is DHL. Read your mails carefully again. Anyway the address I have is the same you have.

It just say put the sheet in the box. Do I have to put the bar code outsode of the box ? And let it scan at the post office ? they also did not tell me if it is DHL of Postnl I have to give it to

In that message, I have two links, one with the internal sheet-message to let inside the box, and another with the paid label. Anyway go to your Steam ticket and ask them to send you the paid carrier.

How long ago was that ? Because I tried making a send label on postnl. And the adres just does not exist

I think either they (or you) made a mistake in the address

5145PD/98 doesn't exist, but 5145PW/98 does and matches the streetname:

If you google you find out the same i cannot believe Valve has not fixed their return shipping adress for Netherlands i guess they do not get many returns in Netherlands but that may not be so strange if you consider they litterally give out wrong return adress postal code my package was returned 1 day after i handed it in but only found out 1 week later about postal code being incorrect but corrected, now if Valve could correct it and refund my steam index kit that be nice, its very frustating to find out store made typo and then find out it was not the store but Valve that made the typo and even more so to find a topic of 1 and half year old or so.

Sorry for the bump but the postal code they give on return label shipping adress is still incorrect.
If you google the street and adress google even shows Ingram bv on street view with the correct postal code so i can only imagine Valve return adress has a typo in it.
