Quest 2 Best SteamVr resolution?

hey i have meta quest 2 i maxed the resolution on oculus app which is (5408x2736) i just want to know what is the best resolution i should use in steamvr? i though i should scale it to be exactly like the oculus app resolution but i heared that i should put it higher, what is the percentage for? my resolution is now 150% i have rtx 3090 and can i max it? thank you

Keep it at 150%. It's pretty clear. I have a few games where I bump it to 300% but this is because of issues with unreal engine in some cases. I can count 3 of them.

what is the difference between steamvr resolution on video setting and the "pre-application setting" im not sure if it was exactly called like that, but once i scale it to 150% on video settings, the "pre-application setting" will always be set at 100% but i guess it has the same pixals, idk how to explain that but can you show me where do i increase the pixals exactly ? thank you for the reply.
