Base station Vibrating (No noise though)
I literally JUST set up my index, and one of my base stations is vibrating, but no noise is coming from it. I assumed this wasn't entirely normal because the other one is perfectly still and acts normal. Was something damaged or loose? I submitted a support ticket and looked around and it seemed like people had similar problems, but the only difference was that theirs was making a loud noise, while mine was vibrating but remained quiet. The solution for most of them was just getting a new one so I wanted to ask the people here why I might have this problem.

They have a rotating object inside, so they should vibrate and make audible buzzing sound when operating normally. Silent and soundless just sound broken for me. How you have bolted them to the wall or other things? They should always be mounted firmly because they vibrate, maybe that one you think is broken is just too loosely mounted.

I dont have them bolted to a wall or anything, they are just sitting on my desk for now because I just set them up yesterday. One of them is not vibrating at all when I feel it (or just slightly when I feel the top, which makes sense) but the other is vibrating MUCH more, which seems strange. I submitted a support ticket and hopefully I can get a replacement because I am worried that since it is already vibrating more than it should, it might break even more in the near future. We will see though.

Forget the support ticket. They MUST be mounted to the wall or other fixed thing. They are quite delicate pieces of hardware, they most likely break if you drop them even once. You need to get them mounted and see if it still vibrate too much.
