Steam VR forcing me to install in on C why is that?
i have a 120GB old SSD as my OS isntallation only why the SteamVR app force me to have the software isntalled in my C drive when i have many more drives with much more space in it? i have low space, it shouldnt force you to install it on C drive for no reason, any help?

Steam vr and a few other things install in the steam folder, there is no way to change this, but there is a workaround.

1:
You can search here or on the internet how to install steam on a disk other than c:

2:
You can install Steam VR on C: and move it to another location, using symbolic links. Windows has recently introduced symbolic links, just like those in Linux.

3:
I think there is also an option to manually move and edit steam configuration files.
