SteamVr Settings.

So my SteamVr Settings are Opening, however they're not showing up. It shows a Steam Background with no settings shown at all, and I'm trying to Manage some Add-Ons that Steam blocked; Aka My Virtual Desktop and Headset.
If anyone knows how to fix this, that would be amazing as I've been stressing on about it.
