SteamVR
Anyone know why I can't get OSC working on Steam Link (VRChat Face Tracking)
I'm using Virtual Desktop which works fine but I want to use Steam Link as I have a script to Disables the Quest Pro controllers in Steam VR to use with a hybrid tracking set.

I can't seem to get connection on VRCFaceTracking. I changed the Port to 9015, I opened the Ports on my Router just in case, I opened the ports on Windows Firewall and even outright turned off the Windows Firewall to test.

I have OSC Enabled, Allow Apps for Eye and Expressions in SteamVR, I have Eye and Expressions enabled on the App Settings in the Quest OS.. and Changed the OSC Port on Steam Settings to 9015 (Alt) as instructed in Steam Link VRCFT Module.

But I keep getting the Error No connection In time or something..

Nothing I seem to do allows me to make OSC work on Steam Link.. Unless I use Virtual Desktop. :(

I really want to get Steam Link working as it just seems to look and work smoother on my PC compared to Virtual Desktop, my system is getting old with a 8086K and a 3090.

It would be great to get logs so we can investigate this further.
Please could you upload the log found at <Steam install dir>/logs/vrserver.txt?
Thanks!

Hi

I deleted a million [Web] HTTP_REQUEST /input/getstate.json to fit in paste bin

Here is the VRCFT log but there doesn't appear to be anything useful in it.

I know it says port 9000 but that's because I was changing it back and forth before I gave up for the night.

It's likely something else is using one of the ports when you attempt to connect. "OSCOutPort" is by default 9000, and "OSCInPort" is 9016 (you don't want to have them the same, or have those ports in use by other programs).

I formatted my PC and now it work..
I have a suspicious it has something to do with the Quest Link PC app.. I uninstalled it but it was still not connecting.
