3060 8 GB r5 3600 i normally use recommended resolution, so i don't know and in every game
3060 is weak.

HTC Vive Pro is 1440x1600 per eye(2880x1600 for both eyes), so you're looking at a 2k(aka 1440p) display. Now go out into the webs and look up the minimal requirements for daily rocking of a 2k displays, especially for gaming - you'll see that 3060Ti/3070 is your bare minimum. The bare minimum for 60 fps gaming, mind you.
HTC Vive Pro requires 90 fps for a smooth picture.

Now add a 1.5x multiplier of performance tax, because you have 2 pictures rendered at the same time, and not just one.

Reduce the refresh rate, reduce resolution, reduce game settings.
Your GPU has no choice but to lag and have an unbearable input lag, if you choose to rock it at the hmd's full potential

I understand about 1/3rd of that,
What CPU? What GPU? What game? What SteamVR resolution (in pixels).

I also one to just quit VR because of my basestations i hate them so much the give me A headache i hope i get the help i need for everything to work

Base station problems are only tracking related, they are not a cause of low framerate.

You need to know if the recommended resolution is too high. That's why you need to know the resolution in pixels. Test it at 1600 x 1600. Don't test it in VR Chat, or any other multiplayer game.

Okay, but why is my basestation tracking so bricked?

You are doing great at communicating, if English is your second language. Here's a resource for looking up slang:
https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=bricked

Your base station tracking is not bricked if it works, even if only barely works.

Even a 3060M can drive Vive Pro resolution with a typical VR game (much lower polygon count than a typical flat game) at 90 Hz. OP needs to figure out what resolution he's trying to run.

Well, I ran SuperHot VR on HTC Vive on GTX 1080, on a 4th gen i5, so, when the game is not too demanding, you can definitely try and squeeze out some good time.
The experience wasn't too good, though, since that hardware was not even in the minimal reqs for VR. Lack of calculation speed and thin throughput of older hardware would generously "donate" into your bank of stutters and jitters, and no amount of quality/screen size reduction would help you there.

So sorry for not answering in the long time But i played with my Vive at 60 % resolution and like Medium render quality the render quality doesn't, even do anything in visuals oh, what does it even do a what does it decrease? Performance has been better, but sometimes it Micro stutters and also the vive consol doesn't really work if i open it. Just opens Terminal or i don't know what called but then it nothing else happens. How can i fix it?

You should not have Vive Console software with a Vive Pro, because Vive Pro is natively supported by SteamVR. Vive Console is for other headsets (VP2, cosmos, focus). You installed it thinking you needed it? You don't. Uninstall it.

60% resolution should be about... 1100 x 1100 pixels? Can you confirm the resolution in pixels?

Could you also help me with my cable? My cable is so hard it's always. Stay is in place, it's like so Bent with loops and I don't know how I could do it that the cable is normal. The cable was much thinner on the quest, so I wasn't having any problems but hmd man what What would you do

Let it sit around for a whie. It'll "unkink" itself. Just make sure you're not keeping it tied tightly.

I think the resolution. Was like 1560x1100
