Vive pro 2 Resolution (4896x2448) what should steamVR SS be?

Hello, my pro 2 is set to ultra but im not sure what the norm SS should be in steamVR SS. Any help is appreciated.

Why not the highest you can set it to and still maintain your desired framerate? Once you are setting it over 2448x2448 you will get diminishing returns in image sharpness. Once past 3500x3500 there are almost no gains at all, only in very rare and specific circumstances.
