Rapid spinning/wonky controls on Quest 3
I started up SteamVR on my Quest 3 after not using it for about a week, and when I enter the Home my view is rapidly spinning--like, to an epilepsy-triggering degree, kind of snapping between fixed viewpoints repeatedly. When I open the menu, the spinning stops but my cursor will go all wonky: one second it will follow my controller as normal, then it will follow my eyes, then drift off all together, making it virtually impossible to select anything.

This happens both when I runs it from SteamLink, as well as Virtual Desktop. I tried removing the batteries from my controllers, and even with literally no input the issue persists. I also uninstalled and reinstalled SteamVR on my PC, as well as the app on my Quest 3, and verified the integrity of the Steam files.

Everything else on my Quest 3 is working perfectly. If I load directly into a game from Virtual Desktop it works just fine with no issues at all. But once I quit and it takes me back to the Home, it starts spazzing out again.

From browsing these discussions, it seems like people have been having a lot of problems with a recent update, but I haven't seen anyone with this particular issue. Has this happened to anyone else?

So I found the solution: I had a controller plugged in, and even though I wasn't using it SteamVR must have been detecting inputs from it. I unplugged the controller and now it works fine.

Just putting this here in case anyone else comes across the same issue in the future.
