how to change position in vr theater mode

I wanted to lower the screen or make it smaller. Can't find where these options are located.

ah found it. Just need to click on the theater screen then some options pop up on the bottom. Then grab the bottom bar to reposition the screen and the side bar to change the size of the screen.
