As other said I had the Tool--> SteamVR installed. In editor aswell as builds print to HMD now.
I'm running latest SteamVR integration and unlike others posted yes it works with DK2. What yes I noticed is that since a couple of days if headset goes out of sight of the camera stops rendering the game and puts you in some kind of 3D lobby... annoying.
Not as stable with the last steam update but does still work
Why are you spreading lies!!?? I just launched Elite Dangerous and it works fine with my DK2!
SteamVR works here with my DK2.
I play DR and AC with no problems.
Steam/SteamVR is running the latest as is Oculus home 1.10.2
SteamVR needs Oculus home running.
Launch Steam ( not SteamVR )
Turn on DK2
Launch Oculus home
Aim dot in headset
Launch SteamVR
Aim dot in headset.
Launch your Steam VR game.
Maybe it wil work like this.
Please let me know, because I want to buy a DK2 to try, before I keep money aside for a expensive Vive of rift
