I have tried every combination of fixes available on reddit and on here, scoured for hours, updated to both the steam beta and the steam vr beta, nothing works at all.

Change the audio output of your PC, it's probably on the wrong output.

Please try using the Steam Client Beta (in the steam settings under Interface) and the current SteamVR Beta and let us know if your it behaves better.

is there a way to rollback to a prev version? the current and beta only have ui sounds, but no sounds in game.

i managed to fix the no audio, but now hand tracking is hella buggy, and hellsweeper just dosent track my controllers at all.

Hey Valkyrie, if you can reproduce the issue in Hellsweeper and then create a SteamVR System Report (SteamVR Menu -> Create SteamVR System Report -> Save to File) that would be helpful. Open a ticket and post the ticket number here.

Wireless audio headset... it is works as a workaround.

For me the problem was disabled Steam Streaming audio devices in audio settings. Turned everything back on and that's it.

What audio settings? In steam? Oculus? Oculus home? Steam link settings? Please clarify, cant find it anywhere
