Can these run on a Quest 3 Without any help from a PC?

I was just wondering if these could run on a Quest 3 somehow like on the Quest 3 hardware without the help of a PC. I know people say standalone VR graphical capabilities are crap but I've also heard the standalone VR hardware improved a lot with the latest Quest 3 headsets, and the graphics in these mods are like almost 20 years old so yeah what do you think?

The VR PC has an i386 processor architecture.
The Quest-S has an ARM processor architecture.
PC VR is a computer that we have been using for let's say 50 years. And the quest 3 is such a very advanced calculator, washing machine display, etc. They're completely different devices, adapted to something different, and built completely differently.
(Psycho quest fans, if they think this explanation is wrong, write a better one themselves, instead of trying to kill me with stones).

In order for there to be any chance of running an "emulator" is needed, just like the "emulator" in the new mac m series. Something even more complicated than software to run games from windos on linux.

As for power, the quest 3 is about 10 times weaker than the not-so-old budget gaming PC. The capabilities of its "graphics card" are probably something like a 1050 ti. Which is a huge success on this type of processor. But it also drains the heavy and large battery very quickly.
