New log and config locations aren't being saved

Hi
I've tried to change the location of SteamVR log and config files to another location through Dev Settings but it's not taking. It seems to be defaulting to the
Xxxxxx86/steam/config and log folders and as a result, my headset and graphics card are not initialized.
Which file do I open up and explicitly state where they should be reading from and writing to?

You can change your log and config file locations in AppData\Local\openvrpaths.vrpath.

Appdata! Never would have looked there. Thank you.
So now I see new stuff in the logs. New is awesome. Even if it's bad, its still new. The new config folder is being referenced by all but one vr config file.: vrcompositor. It's still going to a folder that does not exitst.

Thank you so much. I uninstalled and reinstalled Steam and SteamVR to a different location, and the SteamVR log files were being created in the old install location. Knowing this helped me redirect the SteamVR log files to their proper location.
