Is AirLink for Meta (Oculus) Quest 2 still bad on Windows 11?

The last relevant mentions of Quest 2 having problems running on Windows 11 via AirLink are about 1.5 year old (from May 2022),

So much so that AirLink is no longer requiring additional actiation via Beta features

but yesterday I started my Quest 2 with airlink and I experienced the same stutters and shreds as people mentioned with AirLink were experienced 2 and 3 years ago on Windows 11.

Does anyone have positive experience with Airlink on Windows 11 with Quest 2?

If not, would remote desktop solve my issues?
