Pico 4 controller is not correctly aligned

Pico 4 controller pointer angle in steamVR is not aligned with PicoOS. This unfortunately transfers to games. How to fix this?

What exactly do you mean with "not correctly aligned" ?
I am asking because in some games the directions for moving is not correct.
Mostly moving the thumbstick forwards let the character move forwards too, or moving the thumbstick to "south" let the object move backwards.

But on my controllers in DOOM VFR or TALOS PRINCIPLE or HALF LIFE 2 VR moving forward is the RIGHT direction or backwars i have to move the stick to LEFT.
That makes me confuse.
