Vr Headset doesnt connect (Pico 2 neo)

Hey I have an Pico neo 2 Vr headset and every time when i want to connect to steam vr it doent work It connects with my pc but on Steam Vr is that I sould connct my Headset but it is connectet and on my headset I have Grayscreen and i have to restart it. I tried wireless and wired and nothing works I hope someone can help me!

Test with Steamvr setting "pause vr when headset is idle" set to disabled.
