what do you guys think are the best free to play co-op vr games on steam?

second to that, what do you think are the most fun multiplayer vr games on steam that are specifically not like Pavlov/Onward type stuff?

or best paid vr co-op games on steam if they're available extremely cheap maybe

but co-op is a must

I'm not sure about any free games, but here's a few good games that aren't too expensive.

Mothergunship: Forge
Jet Island
Crystal Raiders

Hope this is any help. I could name a few other games, but they aren't in the cheap price range.

In Rec Room, the original rooms are great and free. Just it is crowded with screeners, and find the right people takes some time.

L4D2 has a fantastic (free) VR mod but the host has to be using the mod for VR to work (though non-VR players can still join as normal). SkyrimVR has a co-op mod but you might need to find some players through discord or something.

There is a small handful of MMOs for VR, like Zenith the last city or OrbusVR.

Sons of the Forest (sequel to The Forest) has co-op.

I would also recommend Rec Room or Roblox, though a lot of kids play them since they're free.

I'd recommend checking Humble Bundle or G 2 A (be careful cause g 2 a is a little dodgy) for sales in addition to the steam store if you'd like to buy any of the paid games listed above.
