But If you hear whistles and strange sounds, then in this case the quality of the elements of your video card or power supply or MB is in question.
You can monitor your CPU/GPU/Motherboard temperatures with HWMonitor to make sure everything is fine.
What I can recommend you to do is to go to your nvidia drivers and set the MAX FRAME RATE to the exact value of your VR headset. For example if you use 90 fps headset, set the max frame rate to that exact value.
If you do not set a max frame rate value your video card is probably working without any constrain and try to render as much frames as possible and this creates additional GPU/CPU overload that your computer is trying to keep up.....so putting a max frame rate makes everything works perfectly for your headset and you will have extra power to use on other things that will improve and make the entire experience butter sweet fluid :)
