Run vrpathreg and fix the paths to the correct drive letter/directory, or delete the openvr.vrpath file in /AppData/Local/openvr. This folder may be hidden, so ensure you have these set to visible:
-Open Folder Options by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Folder Options.
-Click the View tab.
-Under Advanced settings, click Show hidden files and folders, and then click OK.)
Restart SteamVR and try Room setup again. If it still doesn't work, exit out of steam. Restart your PC and repeat the above steps and try again. This worked for me.
