This isn't like seeing them on a tv, monitor or cinema because the image stays still on the front while you move, with the HMD this won't happen and it won't feel natural. And I'm talking movies, imagine in a game where you have to move your player. It will be unplayable.
But responding to your question only game that supports sbs like you ask is HL2, you throw your game to the other "screen" that is the HMD (disabling direct mode) and then the game is split in half, one for each eye, but this is some kind of VR, as the movement of your head in the HMD will move the view of your player.
Yeah I know it's not VR, I just wanted to get Crysis 2 running in 3D on a big screen in front of me through VR, just as a curiosity more than anything, also I don't suffer from any kind of nausea or motion sickness never have in VR or life.
There are a few games not many though that have SBS built in to the game.
Good Luck!
But it's going to impact the performance a lot.
HL1 for example can be played with VorpX but it is MUCH better to just use Valves native VR support.
It doesn't update at all...
30 or 40 dollar for something like this is a bad joke. But I've forgotten about my mistake. lol
Native VR support?
