Good for warming up, not very physically intensive, but you'll be squatting and dodging a lot

This can be pretty intense, I feel like I've run a mile after a fight. The mechanics aren't very advanced but I haven't tried any other boxing games yet so I don't have much to compare it to. I had to adapt how I play to how the Index controllers track in the game. The dev recommended holding your hands out in front of the HMD and trying to punch not as fast. I was getting tracking issues by holding the controllers too close to my head and punching super fast I guess.
Whenever I feel like being really active in VR I usually play all three games in that order. There are a bunch of other sport/workout VR games that I haven't tried. They're on my wishlist for now.

Some people use sweatbands and bandanas when playing physically active VR games for extended periods of time. I just keep the sessions short and play with the AC cranked.

Space Pirate Trainer is great exercise as long as you don't use the shield.
