Good Coop games for Non-Vr players as well?

Kinda in the title. I just want some games to play with my buddies that don't have vive but can join me in coop online.

Hmh, I filtered the search on "VR Supported", "Keyboard / Mouse" and "Online Co-op" to try and filter out this specific thing: https://store.steampowered.com/search/?category3=38&vrsupport=402%2C203

One can also alternate to "Co-op" which I think is the old meta tag that includes both online and local co-op.

Off the top of my head though, titles that work automatically are usually cockpit games, like flight simulators or racing games. Warthunder, Asetto Corsa, Elite Dangerous, Project Cars

Outside of that, Croteam made Serious Sam games available for VR and cross-play, so it's possible to play through the whole campaign and do multiplayer matches with mixed players. It would likely take some getting used to if you play with smooth locomotion though, but there is also teleportation but it might not be appreciated by non-VR players, maybe.

I have heard that Gunheart is getting a pancake mode at one point, that will open up that game to screen gamers as well. And just the other day Battle Zone announced a PC mode as well.

It appears to me as if more and more VR titles are announcing flat modes now, which makes sense to both boost the player pool for VR users, and get more sales from the larger market.

payday 2 vr mode recently got moved to main game
and tabletop simulator, co-op kinda depends on what game you play in it.

I played minecraft in vr with friends, they can see all your gestures and such, really fun

Unfortunately, We Were Here doesn't have crossplay. VR and non-VR servers are seperate to my knowledge.

serious sam games...except "the last hope" let you play VR and Flat together

Tales of Escape is crossplatform. Only one I have found besides Payday 2. I try to sort by VR and crossplatform.
