Steam VR randomly stopped working and I dont know why... (error 310?)

I went to play Beat Saber on Steam VR via my Quest 2, and got that odd fail to initialize error with the 310 error code. I have reinstalled steam VR, and followed many different "solutions" to clear the 310 error code, but cant seem to get it working again...
Quest 2 works fine on its own, I can get stand alone VR games to work fine, and this error comes up with both USB and Wireless connections. I am at a loss, and I just want to play some Beat Saber -.- any help would be greatly appreciated

Full error code is:
SteamVR failed initialization with error code VRInitError_IPC_NamespaceUnavailable: "Shared IPC Namespace Unavailable (310)" Please verify SteamVR is properly installed and try again.

PC Specs:
Windows 10 Pro (up to date)
Core I9 9900F
RTX 2070
32GB of DDR4 3600mhz
Quest 2 64GB

got it working, kind of, I click Steam VR, and it loads the grid background, but Steam VR Home does not load, I can bring up the menu and load a game from there, and it loads, then when I exit the game Steam VR Home loads in....

Well still having issues with this thing, status is still like before, but I have noticed that some games are not working, or working right, and once I exit one game and go to another is breaks -.-

any luck?? i started getting this error a few days ago. uninstalled steam and did it fresh so steamvr was a new install and it's still doing it.
I'd lost as to what to try now.
Got i hate computers i just want to play iracing it's so annoying.

seems Steam VR has some odd issue with airlink, only way I could get the error to go away was to switch back to USB
