Valve index right lens not showing anything?
I recently just got my index not even 2 hours ago and suddenly i'm not able to see anything through only my right lens. The left lens shows everything fine but I'm not getting any sort of image in the right lens.

umplug all devices, from the display port, split the breaker connector at the middle of the line, unplug at headset, replut everything back in. you can also make sure you have updated drivers and if you are in direct mode. it's in steamvr, developer, developer settings, click on enable diret mode.

I just did everything In order and still no image in my right lens. Left Lens is still showing everything fine too

open a ticket so someone at valve can assist. Usually this is a hardware issue.

I would try the headset on a different pc see if it helps you figure out if it's actually defective.

help up ontop->steam support->steam hardware->steamVR->pick the device.

Same thing just happened with my left lens after only playing on it for 45 mins

Pretty crazy @Vannico hopefully valve can help with either a replacement or a solution.

Support was great for me when I had controller issues long ago. I was slow in responding back.

They responded back and are now setting up arrangements for a replacement thankfully. Support was really helpful!

Same here, after 13 hours of play the right eye stopped working correctly.
Checked all the cables and drivers (even though it worked perfectly fine) but still nothing but a very distorted view (and on 120hz just colorful snow) I've opened a ticket and I'm waiting for a response. I do really hope I don't have to wait 8 weeks for a replacement!

You shouldn’t I contacted support and it took them about 3-4 days after I noticed the problem to set up arrangements for a replacement to be sent I’m currently waiting now for them to send me my new one after it was delivered to their warehouse this morning
