RMA Time for Index Controller?
EDIT:
Everything is ok now, there was just an issue that they didn't recognize the package ID because it got sended with another ID, don't know If I did something wrong or the delivery service, but everything is good now.

Hi there,
does anyone has some experience with how long RMA time takes after you sent an Index Controller back?
I don't know if it's normal or not, I RMA'd my right controller the 03.03.2021 (over a month now) but I got no message since then.

I don't want to be impatient, but I'm really missing it to play with the Index controllers. :winter2019saddog:

They legitimately sent me a replacement before I sent off the original. And the replacement arrived within a week of me putting in the RMA request.

You should pester support, if only for an update.

A couple of weeks in my case, and I live in Spain. And as Dead Dawg says I neather had to send the controller till I received the replacement.

Well thats weird, I never got asked for a replacement in before.
I RMA'd it because strong vibrations in games made it flip out and lost tracking for 2-3 seconds, mostly in Rec Room using those staffs.

Well I will ask the support, thank you guys.
