Anybody else seeing lag spikes in real life after playing lots of VR?

I was able to google it and find at least one person who is having the same experience as me, so I know im not going completely insane. I have that annoying Nvidia Driver bug where you get a lag spike every 2 seconds and I literally feel lag spikes in real life now, I guess my brain adjusted to it or something

Are you running any app the monitors GPU temps, fans, etc?
Are you running any app that coordinates RGB case lighting?

Those are the #1 and #2 causes of regular lag spikes.

I got the same exact answer from research. I uninstalled literally anything that could be relating to monitoring IE Razor Software, Corsair Software, Turned off the NVida overlay, turned off game bar, stopped using MSI afterburner but I still get lag spikes sometimes. its alot better then it use to be, sometimes I get like 20 minutes without lag spikes but then it comes back

Not sure what Headset you use, but if you get hard spikes with Valve Index it could help to put the basestations on another place for testing.
