Index Binding not working with Skyrim VR

Yes I am opted into the Beta.

I'm having a strange issue and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this

When I open Skyrim VR it tells me there's no binding for my controllers (Index) but I can't open the binding window to edit or select a binding. Like when I click on edit bindings for Skyrim nothing happens.

If I click on other games/apps it works just fine but not for Skyrim VR. Also, I can edit the bindings of my Vive Wands if I use those with no issue.

It's very confusing. Does anyone know why this would be happening?

The defaults work fine. When you open up the vr dash menu, it looses focus in skyrimVR and makes some major menus null. I would leave it or go for the mods that are available.

or play the game as is without opening up vr dashboard.

No you misunderstood. There is no default. And even when I attempt to change bindings outside of Skyrim VR it won't open the binding menu.

Also it opens up the VR menu automatically because it detects a missing binding
