Looks like your index controllers are not getting optical fixes. I can't see why though, if your setup looks like this:

That is the stock im running. I have 2 sets of controllers that ive tested this out on an still get the same effect

never had this problem with the oculus when I had that but since I upgraded its kinda made the stock useless

Do these tubes have magnetic attachments, and does the problem only happen a second after connecting? If so, the problem is the controllers' IMUs are going over G limit, and triggering a recalibration. If so, a fix would be to add sufficient layers of tape to the magnets to reduce the G load during coupling.

Ye the the adaptors that attach are slid under the charging port for them they give you that an a velcro strap go keep em attached. The video attached is as soon as I connect the magnets connected to the controllers go the magnets connected to the adapters

I want to say it has something to do with the placement of the melagnet cuz I've seen videos where the latch is in top an on the videos they never seem to have a problem

So I put 6 players of ducktape. It seemed to help alittle. I'll try to add a few more strips

That's promising. An even better shock absorber might be a piece of memory foam, like those squishy earplugs.
