What resolution should I put?
I ran it at 2880x1440 and it hit 90hz pretty well on low in something like pavlov's early access back then, the odd drop in intense games
Just for the record i find its not the low fps that maked you feel Ill, its the changing fps or how often it changes. the dizziness could also be down to no VR-legs yet
In VR GPU is king, you will run VR with what you have now, but that card wasnt really made for indexs/G2 or quest 2's higher res it was considered very entry level for cv1 and vives or wmr hmd at the time along side less intense games like brookhaven exp or the original Vertigo (still damn good)
And if you don't mind stuttery hand movements in favour of head tracking smoothness, you can also toggle on ASW. It's useful for more slower paced games like SkyrimVR. Also look into opencomposite aswell.
Screenshots will always look sharper than what you see in the headset, but here are some.

Can you post one of HLA and tell me in what graphic quality do you play and how many fps and hz does it work?
