The Quest 2 isn't compatible with base stations.

I assume you are talking about Vive trackers and pairing them to the base stations?

You're technically using two different systems and trying to make them work in conjunction.

First thing you need to do is enable bluetooth in SteamVR (make sure you have the usb dongle for the trackers plugged in).

Second thing is to pair the trackers.

After that you'll need this to pair the two systems..

As a side note, there's actually no need to enable Bluetooth in SteamVR unless you want to use it for power management of the base stations, the Tracker dongles will work just fine without that as they provide the wireless connection by themselves.

The connection between tracked devices and a base station is purely optical and one-way from the base station to the device.

I have the exact same issue i just got trackers and a single base station and i can not connect the base station to steam vr. I go to devices > base station settings. but then it says "please unable bluetooth to access wireless features such as base station power management and updates" so i click "view bluetooth settings" but i get a message saying Bluetooth unavailable. I tried to search this up and i got a message saying "go to settings > general > enable bluetooth communication" but the bluetooth communication is not a option in general. I'm really upset that i spent an amount of money for this and that i had spent a few days trying to figure this out.

- what really annoyed me about this is that everyone told me to do the exact same thing and i had to explain over and over.

I'm having the exact same issue right now, did you find a way to fix this?
