Oculus Quest 2 keeps Crashing on Steam VR

I've tried to play games like Phasmophobia, Hellsplit Arena and Boneworks but Boneworks Crashes every time the museum level loads, with Phasmo and Hellsplit I am able to play for a few minutes but then the games crash, the Crash results in my PC restarting everytime and I have tried both Air-Link and the Official Cable. I have even tried installing all necessary software again and even factory reset the Quest 2 and i still get the same result. I'm running a 3060, Ryzen 7, 16gb RAM. My PC is VR ready anyone have a Fix?

This is more PC related than anything. Perhaps drop the ram speed in bios?

how do i do that and what would you recommend i drop it too?

yup, me too. this is happening after i updated to windows 11, but idk whether there was any update to steamvr. after few minutes of launching any game ram usage reached 100% and boom and steam VR crashes. RTX 3080 and oculus quest 2

Not sure about everything else, but, Oculus link won't run on Windows 11
