Playspace Mover and Oculus FBT fix
This worked for me when replacing SteamVR 1.14.15 and again after it updated to 1.14.16 and still screwed up Playspace / Oculus FBT

Step 1
Download the Old version of SteamVR from https://www.driver4vr.com/re/SteamVR_1.14.7.html

Step 2
Extract the Zip, and save the folder. If Steam VR updates, you can always go back to this one and redo the replacement steps when SteamVR gets updated

Step 3
Quit / Exit Steam

Copy the SteamVR folder you just downloaded and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common and Paste, and overwriting existing files (if asked)

If it fails to overwrite, go to Step 4
If the Paste Succeeds, go to Last Step

Step 4
Aw shiz, don't worry.

Copy the SteamVR folder you just downloaded and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common again. Rename the SteamVr folder in here to SteamVRSucks and Paste the SteamVR folder you copied (the downloaded one)

Last Step
Done and Cleanup

Now when you Launch SteamVR it should show version 1.14.7 (1.14.15 is the one that broke it and as of 1.14.16 still broken)

If Step 3 succeeded, you should be good to go as normal
If Step 3 failed, you will have to reinstall OpenVR-InputEmulator-v1.3 for my playspace peeps, and my Oculus tracking peeps, you might have to reinstall your stuff.
(My BFF has Oculus tracking and succeeded at Step 3 and didn't have to reinstall anything)

Thanks to Steam User gb for the link and my voice Kasumi for testing out Oculus tracking

Going forward, Everytime SteamVR updates it will undo everything so you will have to repeat these steps again. Here's Hoping 1.14.17 isn't a ♥♥♥♥ show
