SteamVR needs to set itself up for App Containers?
I get this message when starting Steam VR

SteamVR needs to set itself up for App Containers.

What does it mean? why? And why do i need to give permission?

if you read the changelog you'd know they added webxr support, which runs in a container. now everybody with a vive or index can watch internet vr porn at the click of a button.

But I have to Update the permissions everytime SteamVR starts. Thats annoying. Is there a way to save the setting?

Doubt the Devs do either tbh.
Personally I believe It should have been an option in settings .
Designed along the lines of "Allow Web Porn : On/ Off "

But tend to agree regarding the overall stability of Steam VR as with all utilities the more gimmicks they add the less stable it is becomes. 14.16 is not so hot stability wise - may well have to start using the Betas again.
