How to fix error 434

I have a vive and when running steamvr i get "unexpected error, restart steam (434)" I have looked everywhere to see how to fix it. The only 434 errors i've seen is turn of camera and credit card failure. My bank got hacked so my card is frozen for the next few months. I don't know if i'll need to change my bank details to get it to work. I've searched and already tried to unplug everything, delete and redownload and when i try to update my graphics card (gtx 1060) I just get a error and need to retry again(the message just said "error while updating") Please someone reply if they know what to do.
