Is VR gaming CPU intensive or GPU intensive?

As the title says it........what is more important for fluid VR gamin, the GPU or the Processor or RAM?

Both. It's no different from games but with higher requirements. But as most mid range and high end CPU's are MORE then enough for any game currently out there, you are most likely to get GPU bottlenecked.
