SteamVR Missing Display Mirror

I have: Oculus Rift S
My problem: I understand that there is an option to Display Mirror that people refer to but when I click on the drop down menu in SteamVR the only form of display that is shown is "Display VR View". Is this some sort of newer nametag from a newer version? I am currently running version 1.11.13.

If this is in fact the Display Mirroring that people are talking about, then how come when I open it the Mirroring works fine until I try and capture the window it's displaying in inside of OBS? When I pull it up as a Window Display scene, it either freezes into a still image of what was last mirrored or it goes completely white and Shift+A doesn't help fix that problem as many have suggested.

Anyone with knowledge of streaming something like VRChat may be able to assist me.
I am open to advice.

The VR View is the new name for it yes. For OBS don't use window capture but game capture.

But if I use game capture but try to capture the game (from what I'm seeing) then how do i also capture what my camera sees when its pointing at my character (intended use). Right now game capture is capturing everything I see, until i activate the vrchat camera. then it only captures whats on there and it takes priority.

I guess I was a bit unclear 😅 You can use game capture to capture the VR View, not only the output window for VR Chat. You can even capture it while it's in the background, I do this all the time. And you can run multiple game captures if you want both the VR View and the VRChat output.

I know it sounds annoying to ask but would you be able to show me with screen shots or something because I tried what you said but it just kept showing the VRchat stream camera
