Contact Oculus for support because I personally don't know how to fix it.

i just unplugged it and plugged it back in

3 dots, no image means your headset is not getting enough power, make sure you are using a 3.0 usb port or else you will not get it to work, you can tell they are 3.0 since the inside of the port is normally blue.

Since this post i had 2 HMD,s Quest 2 and now revive G2 version 2.
But I solved all Rift S issues by buying a recommended USB card with Fresco FL1100 Chip, by googling "FL1100 USB" on aliexpress you can find a bunch of them for cheap. Its good higher tier chip-set, zero issues with it

I might be way late, but holy crap, thank you so much. I was having the same exact issue, and I was worried my Rift broke. Turns out I was just being a dumbass and not plugging it into the right usb port lol

To anyone still struggling with this issue, it personally fixed for me when I reset my guardian.

did you use a external usb 3 port to fix im still having issues ill be buying one today to try and fix.

legendary, i was wondering why my ♥♥♥♥ wasnt working i was losing my mind, just plugged it into the wrong usb, wasnt 3.0
