HTC VIVE error 208 when using HDMI Extender over RJ45 (ethernet)

I´m getting HTC VIVE error 208 when using HDMI Extender over RJ45 (ethernet)

Im trying to extend the HDMI signal over cat6 cable. I have the transmitter at pc side and receiver at the HTC vive side that is in another room. I only get error 208 even if I just tries a cable that are only 3 metera cat6 cables so I think it may be the fact the HDMI extender that cause it. Have anyone got the HDMI over ethernet to work. I have used

It only supports 1080p, or is that for the HDCP passthrough? The signal is 2160x1200 at 90 Hz so a bit higher than that.
