Today's SteamVR Update Broked it: A key component of SteamVR isn't working properly ; shared ipc compositor

Uninstalling SteamVR and re-installing it didn't help. I tried swapping the cable from HDMI to mini-DP cable and that didn't help, neither did restarting my computer. Any ideas? I've searched online and found nothing more. I'm using the HTC Vive.

Also broken for me, I have an Acer WMR headset. I've tried reinstalling everything and I've had no luck.

For people experiencing the 306 issue with the latest update, please could you post a SteamVR system report?

To obtain one of these, click the 'SteamVR' menu, 'Create System Report' and then 'Copy to Clipboard' or 'Save to File' and post the results somewhere. (There'll be a fair amount of detail so it won't fit in a comment here.)
