Uninstalled steam and can't uninstall steamvr
So I uninstalled steam and want to uninstalled steamvr, steamvr performance test, and steam 360 video player but it just tells me it can't find steam.exe. I'm doing a fresh install onto a new hard drive and don't want this stuff on my OS drive.

You could reinstall steam, then use steam to uninstall steamvr, steamvr performance test, and steam 360 video player, then uninstall steam again.
