added games from steam library dont show in oculus library

as title says. added games to the oculus library by pressing the "+" icon, then "refresh list" and then selecting the games i want to add and finishing by pressing "add selected".

for some reason the games are not showing in the library. when i try to add the .exe file manually i get a message that its already added to the library.

currently the library only shows games purchased within oculus and it used to show also all the games from steamvr. at some point they just stopped appearing.

Is this a SW issue from Oculus or Steam? i have already tried reaching out to Oculus support and their answer was:
"At this time we only support games purchased directly from the Oculus store not appearing in your library. I would recommend reaching out to SteamVR for further assistance."

The Oculus library has only added games that I actually played on the Rift by starting it from Steam while in VR.
Manually adding stuff only worked with the SteamVR program itself (I think...might have been added when I started it manually, as well...).

check that there are no filters when looking at your library. In other words, make sure that you've set it to show apps from unknown sources. If that fails then download the "oculus tray tool" and it resolves library issues...but you'll get mixed results if you have games acquired through torrents or anything of the like.
