How do I fully uninstall SteamVR and all it's settings?

OK, so async reprojection is making things worse when before it improved things (HTC Vive, rx 480), so I'm wanting to fully uninstall steamvr related, and start from fresh, so I know there's not any extras or settings that are causing the problem.

So I uncheck save in the cloud, I uninstall all the usb drivers, and I uninstall SteamVR. When I reinstall it, it remembers my room setup, my settings, which environment I had chosen etc etc.

What else do I need to do to fully remove it and start from scratch? Is there a folder I'm missing? The steamlibrary/common/steamvr one was deleted.

I've been switching between normal and beta a lot for trying to make it work better, and it keeps all the settings etc, so sadly that's not gonna help

Is that different from clicking uninstall?

Did you ever manage to do it? I even tried deleting everything in %appdata% and in the "..\Valve\openvr" folder but Steam still remembers all of my settings.

I've ended up getting a new windows installation and new pc setup, so didn't ever find a proper fix for the question :(
