Viveport

I thought I'd try some Vive free games, namely Oasis (Ready Player One)
Online it shows it in my Library, not steam but in the Vive library but when I'm in VR the viveport button is nolonger there so it would seem I cannot do anything but use games in steam.

If any one knows what I mean and could offer a fix it would be appreciated.

I managed to get Viveport working thanks.
The problem initially was Vive had completely disappeared, Oasis wouldn't download.
I cant remember what the order of things were but I download some software from Vive for the Vive but that still didn't show Viveport but I found a post on here saying run the Vivedesktopsetup where vive setup had installed Program Files (x86)\ViveSetup\Updater\App\PCClient and it seems to have linked it's self back to steamVR ok.

I beat the 2nd world but it hasn't unlocked the 3rd, don't know if I missed something ?

I changed the setting in SteamVR to Vive Dashboard, but it's not saving the settings. Any ideas? I'm having a similar issue with Oasis. I can get Viveport running no problem, can view the videos in the viveport loading area, but when I click Start Oasis game (which downloaded fine), my VR just goes back to the SteamVR loading area. right now i'm just downloading another FREE vive game just to see whether it is doing this with other games. Very new to VR so my knowledge is limited. any help would be really appreciated.

Update: I got the SteamVR settings to save. Just can't get Oasis to run. It says loading then sends me back to the SteamVR room.
