How does one roll back to a different version of steam vr?

Essentially what the title says. This current update makes my headset unusable because it doesn't detect anything from them

From my understand go into Library right click Steam VR properties Beta tab than click V1.3.23 or something liek that and it will rollback everyone.

Just so you know i have it set to that and Steam still does not work i have made Shortcuts of the VR games i play and placed them on my desktop and that is the only way i have find that lets you get your Vive to work. (Did not find this out find it in a post in General Discussion)

It rolled back,but the games still crash. I read that the last good running Version was 1.1.3 or something? Does anyone know how to rollback to that one?
