SteamVR Fail (Error 434)

Been trying to get my index to work all day now after getting it and nothing has worked. Went from a HDCP error to now getting SteamVR Fail (Error 434) which i can find literally no documentation of online. Any advice? (have also put in a support ticket)

Using this thing has been a joke for the value paid. I've had a 436 error for hours now and nothing can be found to be done about it.

Yeah i have had nothing but issues including one base station not working, sending it back and the replacement NOT WORKING literally out of the box
yellow blinking light and fails to recover from "incomplete update" no matter what

I think I found out a way to fix this. I just had to update my graphics drivers and it fixed the issue. maybe try that?

ya updating the graphics card seemed to work for me

Updating graphics card worked for me! thanks xbladex1300 and Spruce this really helped. if i see someone else having this problem i will reference this page
