Enable Advanced Supersample Filtering
Anyone know what this does? It's checked by default.

I know you asked this ages ago but incase anyone else comes across it or you don't yet have an answer here it is:
Advanced Supersample Filtering produces a softer image that reduces aliasing and 'pixel shimmer' (I've seen people call it pixel twinkle too).
You are supersampling either way and both options look good so don't stress about this option.
Switch it off if you prefer sharper images. Leave it on (as it is by default) if you hate aliasing and sharp line/pixel 'shimmer'.
