Is there any actual FUN activities to do?
So, I've played this game for a bit, and got the Deluxe edition, and so far I've enjoyed, and spent like 8 hours of one whole sitting into this game, so I've basically completed all the Mini Games (ticket ones), and all the Puzzles I've had access to, or can thus far.

The puzzles in general are surprisingly fun for the most part, and the "Match Two" Mini game is alright, but the others like the fish racing, ghost apple collecting, and the infuriating Magma Blossom mini games are just incredibly boring, and I feel no actual need to spend the tickets on them, because in general, they're just not enjoyable at all. The Ghost Apple maze is insanely easy, the Puzzles are FAR TOO SHORT which is a shame because they're the most enjoyable activities to do in this game, The Magma Blossom grabbing is just a maze of walls, after walls, after walls, and the Match Two game only gives you so many attempts before you have to spend another ticket, in an already saved state of the previous fail you've had.

I haven't unlocked all the quests/friendship levels yet, not even close, but is there actually anything in this game to do that's "fun" outside of Puzzles (which seem to be a one time thing). Because designing cabins, and the requirements for said cabins and visitors sometimes just borders on the line of insanity when it comes down to what you need to place down.

Obviously this game was trying to go for something like Animal Crossing, but in Animal Crossing (not an original mobile game), you may be time-gated by store hours (without time traveling), but at least you can still go to different islands collect stuff, and never actually run out of things to do. While this game, should you not choose to spend any boquets, or anything to reset items on the island, you basically login for 30 minutes, collect stuff, and logout. Again being a mobile game, and most of them with that incentive in mind, and or trying to dime and nickel you for extra "Stamina", or "Playtime" (thankfully this game doesn't). But kind of feels like there should be more content in game that is nearly full retail price of actual games.

You could time-travel in this game I suppose, however, that basically cripples your entire save file from playing Multiplayer, should I choose to play with some friends one day if they just randomly decide to pick this game up.

 I don't think there are :)

For me, the fun part is coming back every day and doing a little bit. Progression over real-world time, like Animal Crossing. If you try to blast through the game, it's going to be anything but fun.

But if you just view it as something to unwind for 1-2 hours a night, you'll find ways to make progression fun. For instance, unlocking the flippers lets you explore parts of other areas, then unlocking the snorkel lets you explore underwater, then ... it goes on and on, but you have to start actually making friends with the characters on the island and doing their quests or it's going to stay boring forever :)

I've done all of that already, all my characters are friendship lvl 6-10. Wasn't very hard to do.

I do disagree with you about blasting through Animal Crossing, though for the most part I didn't do any time-travel in that game either, but it was the ending that was the most fun for me, being able to terraform and stuff.

This game does not have a terraforming system, fish, and bugs seem to be useless (fish especially), and you can't really make any other progression unless you want to waste all those reset item thingies (which I don't).

The only part I haven't actually explored yet, is the Iceland place. For the most part everything else is already unlocked, in the matter of like 10 hours, all the places to explore anyways.

I'm just getting at they should really add more things to possibly due, or make the puzzles comeback daily and give you rewards/'furniture in chests, and change around the puzzles so they're not the same or something. At least then, playing the game every day, wouldn't just be me spending 30 minutes to gather stuff, and turn the game off lol.
If you LOVE puzzles, may I suggest a puzzle game for you? Way more challenging than the puzzles in this game imo.

Anyway, once you progress a little further you'll be able to unlock a brand new location, with brand new materials and, consequently, brand new recipes. I personally enjoy discovering new things, specially the recipes. So if they continue doing this gameplay loop of adding new islands/areas for new characters and items, it would be like playing the beginning of the game over and over again, without losing any of your progress. Sadly, no new puzzles, from what I can see at least.
