Firewall and Antivirus

So my friend has had trouble joining verdun. Whenevr he tries to, "conenction to the server was lost, please try to connect again. (Cause, : exception on connect) if this problem persists your firewall or antivirus is blocking the connection.... He has options to reconnect or offline. Reconencting doesnt work and he has allwoed acces through his firewall. Since the most reent update, whenever i join it says "connecting, if problem persists check firewall but I can play fine. I wanted to get this out there if anyone else has the same problem or have any ideas to whats causign this. Thank you

yes I have same problem. I disable all antivirus and firwall but it doesn't work. please help

What kind of router settings are you using? Have you looked over the ExceptionOnConnect Error section of the guide above?

Have you made sure that the game is allowed through the firewall and white listed in the antivirus?

Could try this Steam launch option, if nothing else works, like resetting the winsocket if you're on Windows:

--use_old_ports

I active firewall then permission from allow app leftside I found verdun delete it again input it and click both of them it work
